Create A Shiny Effect

This creates a very shiny effect on an image. Very Pretty! Choose an image to apply this effect to. I'm using this one.

You can do this to any image.

1. Open you image
2. Next go to Layer>>Duplicate Layer

3. After you duplicate the layer, make sure you have it highlighted. Then go to Filter>>Blur>>Gaussian Blur.
4.Change the top duplicate layer from 'normal' to 'overlay'.

You should of came up with a slightly shiny effect. This is how mines look.
